Located in a promising development area in Girón, Río Alto VIS rethinks the current concept of social housing within a socioeconomic framework, through an architectural proposal that articulates landscape, community life and contemporary design. The project is structured around a modular block urbanism that optimizes land use to weave the towers together with green strips and safe pedestrian and vehicular circulation. At their base, each tower has covered parking and, close to the main road, a dynamic commercial plinth encourages neighbourhood life and guarantees proximity to essential services, activating urban interaction in the sector. True to its core purpose of dignifying the experience of its inhabitants, the complex delivers its residential units — functional 45 and 55 m² layouts — fully finished; every apartment includes complete finishes and carpentry under an interior design that maximizes light, ventilation and spatial efficiency, achieving an environment where quality of life is a reality from day one.
